雪佛龙公司发言人说：“事故原因正在调查中。1号LNG生产线和2号LNG生产线没有中断运营，我们仍继续生产LNG并装载LNG货物。”

高更LNG项目位于澳大利亚西部的巴罗岛，其3个加工装置具有年产1500万吨LNG的总设计产能。

Chevron halts operations at Australia's Gorgon LNG Train 3 on mechanical issue

Chevron has halted operations at Australia's Gorgon LNG Train 3 because of a mechanical problem, a company spokesman said Wednesday.

"The cause of the interruption is being investigated," the spokesman said. "There is no interruption to trains 1 and 2 and we continue to produce LNG and load cargoes."

Based on Barrow Island, Western Australia, Gorgon's three processing units have a combined designed capacity of 15.6 million mt/year.
