据6月24日Neftegaz.RU.俄罗斯报道，保加利亚能源部长特梅努日卡·佩特科娃(Temenuzhka Petkova) 6月21日表示，保加利亚将与俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司(Gazprom)就降低天然气价格展开谈判。

据韩国BNT报道，保加利亚将参照欧盟委员会的决定，该决定允许因价格上涨而处于不利地位的各方展开谈判。

保加利亚天然气公司解释说，他们目前正在进行最新的分析，以便开始谈判。

2019年6月1日，保加利亚开始使用美国液化天然气，这是朝着供应多样化和减少对俄罗斯天然气进口依赖迈出的第一步。美国第一艘油轮抵达，为保加利亚提供了9000万立方米的原材料。

俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司(Gazprom)的中期活动报告显示，2018年，保加利亚是东南欧部国家中从俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司进口天然气最多的国家，进口量达31.72亿立方米，但较2017年下降了4.7%。

Bulgaria will open talks with Gazprom on reducing the price of natural gas

Bulgaria will start talks with Gazprom on lowering the price of natural gas, Bulgaria’s Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova said on June 21.

Bulgaria will refer to the decision of the European Commission, which allows the parties disadvantaged by the Russian company because of the higher prices to start negotiations, reports BNT

The state-owned Bulgargaz Company explained that they are currently making the latest analyses to start the negotiations.

On June 1, 2019, Bulgaria started to consume US liquefied gas, which was a 1st step towards diversifying supplies and reducing dependence on imports of Russian natural gas only. The 1st tanker arrived with 90 million m3 of raw material for Bulgargaz.

Bulgaria was the largest importer of natural gas from Gazprom among Southeast Europe countries in 2018, with imports of 3.172 billion m3, down 4.7% from 2017, figures from Gazprom's interim activity report show.
