据路透社2019年2月28日开罗报道，埃及石油部长塔里克·穆拉28日在开罗对采访他的财经报纸Al-Borsa记者表示，埃及目前每天从伊德库（Idku）出口8亿立方英尺的液化天然气（LNG）。

穆拉表示，伊德库今年1月初每天出口了大约5.2亿立方英尺LNG，而2018年每天平均出口了3亿立方英尺LNG。

这些LNG由马来西亚国家石油公司、荷兰皇家壳牌公司和埃及两家主要国有油气公司从伊德库出口。

埃及在2018年底实现了天然气自给自足，埃及目前正在寻求通过液化天然气和再出口LNG来成为地区能源贸易中心。

Egypt raises LNG exports from Idku to 800 mln cbf/d

Egypt is currently exporting 800 million cubic feet of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per day from its Idku export plant, ‘s the petroleum minister has told financial newspaper Al-Borsa.

Egypt said it exported about 520 million cubic feet per day of LNG in early January and 300 million cubic feet per day in 2018.

The gas is exported from Idku by Malaysia’s Petronas, Royal Dutch Shell, and Egypt’s two main state oil and gas companies.

Egypt, which became self-sufficient in natural gas in late 2018, is seeking to become a regional hub for energy trading by liquefying gas and re-exporting it.
