据7月30日Offshore Energy报道，罗马尼亚的GSP公司已经与Technip FMC公司签署了一份合同，在以色列的Karish天然气开发项目中共同承担基础设施方面工作。

Technip FMC已与该项目运营商地中海的石油和天然气生产商Energean签订合同，承担整个项目基础设施的工程设计、采购、建造、安装和调试(EPCIC)工作。作为Karish项目的分包商，GSP表示，将进行部分管线拆卸和管道连接安装工作，天然气销售管道铺设前测量和安装工作，以及延长段的挖坑和回填。预计将于2020年第一季度开工，于2020年第三季度完工。

Karish深水油田位于地中海东部，面积约为10万平方米，距以色列海岸75公里，水深1750米。该开发计划包括在靠近一个4槽管汇的地方钻三口井，该管汇将连接单点系泊和浮式生产储油船FPSO以便按照以色列政府的天然气战略，以最快的速度进入市场。FPSO预计将于2020年晚些时候驶离新加坡，于2021年投产第一艘天然气。

GSP to support TechnipFMC on Karish project

Romania’s GSP has signed a contract with TechnipFMC for the execution of various works within the Karish Gas Development Project in Israel.

Technip FMC has been contracted to engineer, build, and commission the entire project infrastructure under an EPCIC contract with Energean, the operator of the project.

As subcontractor of the Karish Project, GSP said on Monday it would perform spool removal and manifold tie-in installation, gas sales pipeline pre-lay survey & crossing installation, as well as extended pit dredging and back-filling.

Works are expected to start in 1Q 2020 and completion is expected in 3Q 2020.

The deep water Karish field is located in the eastern Mediterranean, approx. 75 km offshore Israel in 1750 m water depth.

The development plan consists of an initial three wells drilled close to and tied into a single 4-slot manifold that will be connected a moored FPSO, to facilitate the quickest route to market in line with the Government of Israel’s gas strategy. The FPSO is expected to sail away from Singapore in late 2020 ahead of first gas in 2021.

Also on Monday, GSP a signed a framework agreement with OMV Petrom for integrated offshore services of the facilities and equipment of OMV Petrom’s Upstream Division in Asset X, located in the Black Sea off Romania.
