此外，澳大利亚国家能源署(NERA)最近宣布成立一个基金，以支持数字能源解决方案和创新。

Australia invests over 330 million US dollars in renewable energy

Sydney, Neftegaz.RU. The Australian Government is investing more than $ 330 million in the development of renewable energy (RES) and infrastructure in the Pacific.

The statement states: an additional Australian $ 500 million (US $ 338.3 million) will be invested in renewable energy, creating new infrastructure that can withstand natural disasters, and ensuring the region’s health system is able to respond to its changing needs; the allocated funds will complement the existing investments of Australian $ 300 million (US $ 203 million) included in the regional financing program for 2016–2020.

It is expected that a new investment package will be announced at a meeting of leaders of the Pacific Islands Forum countries, which will be held from August 14 to 16, 2019 in the capital of Tuvalu Funafuti.

In addition, the Australian National Energy Agency (NERA) recently announced the creation of a fund to support digital energy solutions and innovations.
